123COURTS POLICIES

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At 123COURTS, our Custom Court Kits are prepared specifically for each customer's selected court configuration and specifications. Because these products are custom/special orders, cancellations, returns and refunds are subject to the terms below.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

48 HOURS

CANCELLATION WINDOW

Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours after the order is placed.

10%

CANCELLATION FEE

An approved cancellation within the permitted 48-hour period is subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order amount.

FINAL SALE

AFTER 48 HOURS

After the 48-hour cancellation period, orders cannot be canceled or returned and payments are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours after the order is placed.

An approved cancellation requested within this 48-hour period is subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order amount.

For an approved cancellation requested within the permitted 48-hour period, the 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount. The remaining eligible balance may be issued by 123COURTS as a refund or store credit, as applicable.

After the 48-hour cancellation period:

  • Orders cannot be canceled.
  • Orders cannot be returned.
  • Payments are non-refundable.

All Custom Court Kit orders are FINAL SALE after 48 hours.

Order Modifications

Requests to modify a Custom Court Kit are separate from cancellation requests and are subject to review by 123COURTS.

Submitting or requesting an order modification does not extend, pause, restart or otherwise modify the 48-hour cancellation period. A pending modification request does not extend the time available to submit a cancellation request.

Order modifications are not guaranteed. Once order processing or production has begun, requested changes may no longer be possible.

If a requested modification can be accommodated, it may affect the order price, production timing and estimated delivery.

Please contact 123COURTS as soon as possible if you believe a change to your order is necessary.

Returns

123COURTS Custom Court Kits are custom/special orders prepared according to the customer's selected configuration and specifications.

For this reason, Custom Court Kit orders cannot be returned after the 48-hour cancellation period and are FINAL SALE.

After the 48-hour cancellation period, a Custom Court Kit does not become eligible for cancellation, return or refund merely because:

  • you change your mind;
  • you no longer want the product;
  • you no longer need the product;
  • your plans or circumstances change;
  • you have a personal-preference objection unrelated to a documented and verified product or order issue; or
  • another voluntary reason arises that is unrelated to a legitimate documented order discrepancy.

These Final Sale terms apply to voluntary cancellation and return requests. They do not prevent customers from reporting legitimate shipping damage, shortages, incorrect merchandise, verified order discrepancies, applicable warranty matters, billing errors or unauthorized transactions.

Refunds

Payments for Custom Court Kit orders become non-refundable after the 48-hour cancellation period.

For an approved cancellation requested within the permitted 48-hour period, a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order amount will be deducted. The remaining eligible balance may be issued by 123COURTS as a refund or store credit, as applicable.

The customer does not have an automatic right to select the form in which the remaining eligible balance is issued.

Shipping damage, shortages, incorrect merchandise and other verified order discrepancies are handled separately from voluntary cancellation and return requests. Reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, credit, exchange, reimbursement or other specific remedy.

Each documented issue will be reviewed and evaluated by 123COURTS as applicable.

Shipping Damage, Shortages & Order Discrepancies

If your shipment arrives with visible damage, missing items, incorrect merchandise or another apparent discrepancy, document the issue promptly and contact 123COURTS for review.

Whenever possible, customers should inspect the shipment before signing the carrier's delivery receipt and:

  • verify the number of pallets, packages, cartons or other shipping units;
  • note visible damage, shortages or discrepancies on the carrier's delivery receipt;
  • photograph the affected merchandise, packaging, pallets, cartons and any visible damage or discrepancy before moving or altering the shipment;
  • preserve relevant packaging and shipping materials; and
  • verify the order's accuracy, completeness, condition, configuration, colors and applicable specifications before assembly or installation.

If an issue is identified, affected products should not be assembled, installed, modified or used until the issue has been properly documented and reviewed.

Assembly, installation, modification or use before documentation and review may affect 123COURTS' ability to verify the merchandise condition, investigate the reported issue, determine the nature or cause of the discrepancy or pursue an applicable carrier claim.

Detailed freight receiving and inspection procedures are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

The Final Sale policy does not prevent customers from reporting documented shipping damage, shortages, incorrect merchandise or other verified order discrepancies to 123COURTS for review.

Refused Deliveries

Customers generally should not refuse a shipment unless instructed by 123COURTS or unless significant visible freight damage or another substantial delivery problem reasonably prevents acceptance or inspection.

Minor cosmetic damage to external packaging or a pallet should not automatically result in refusal when the merchandise appears intact.

Refusing a shipment does not cancel the order, does not constitute an authorized return, does not override the Final Sale policy, and does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund or store credit.

A customer may not use refusal of delivery as a substitute for compliance with the cancellation, return, refund or Final Sale terms of this Policy.

An unauthorized or unjustified refusal may result in additional charges. The customer is responsible for applicable additional charges resulting from an unauthorized or unjustified refusal, including, where applicable:

  • return freight;
  • outbound freight;
  • storage;
  • redelivery;
  • carrier charges;
  • additional shipping charges;
  • applicable handling charges; and
  • other related charges resulting from the refusal.

Transportation of a refused shipment back by the carrier does not, by itself, constitute an authorized product return.

For complete receiving and freight-damage procedures, please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Production & Delivery Estimates

The standard estimated production lead time for 123COURTS Custom Court Kits is 6–8 weeks.

For orders requiring final design, layout, colors, game lines, custom logos, artwork or other required specifications or approvals, the estimated production lead time begins after all required approvals have been completed.

Production lead time and carrier transit time are separate. Production, shipping, transit and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery or project dates.

A change or delay in an estimated production, transit or delivery date does not, by itself, create a cancellation or refund right.

Customers should not schedule installers, contractors, project start dates, equipment rentals, inspections, permit-related work or other time-sensitive services until the complete order has been delivered, inspected, accepted and verified for accuracy, completeness and condition.

Additional information regarding production, transit, delivery and project scheduling is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

The cancellation, return, refund and Final Sale terms of this Policy apply regardless of the payment method used for the order.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not, by itself, cancel an order, constitute an authorized return, override the 48-hour cancellation period or Final Sale terms, or create a contractual right to a refund or store credit.

Initiating a payment dispute because a customer changed their mind, no longer wants or needs the order, has a personal-preference objection unrelated to a verified order issue, refused delivery without an authorized basis, or otherwise seeks to circumvent the applicable cancellation or Final Sale terms does not itself change the contractual terms applicable to the Custom Court Kit order.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, 123COURTS reserves the right to contest or respond to the dispute through the applicable payment processor, acquiring bank, card issuer, payment provider or card network.

As part of that response, 123COURTS may provide relevant documentation supporting the transaction and the terms applicable to the order, including, as applicable:

  • order records;
  • applicable policies and disclosures;
  • customer acknowledgments;
  • design approvals;
  • court configuration or specification approvals;
  • artwork or logo approvals;
  • customer communications;
  • payment records;
  • production records;
  • fulfillment records;
  • shipping and tracking information;
  • delivery documentation;
  • proof of delivery; and
  • other relevant transaction records.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from raising a legitimate payment dispute involving an unauthorized transaction, legitimate billing error, documented shipping damage, shortage, incorrect merchandise, verified order discrepancy or another right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

A payment dispute or chargeback does not, by itself, relieve the customer of payment obligations or other amounts properly due under the order, except to the extent otherwise determined by the applicable payment provider or required by law.

123COURTS reserves all rights available to it in connection with an improper or unsupported payment dispute, subject to applicable law and the rules of the applicable payment provider or card network.

Replacement Components

The 123COURTS online store sells complete Custom Court Kits. Individual replacement tiles, border or edging components and other replacement pieces are not sold through the online store.

Existing 123COURTS customers who need replacement components may contact us directly regarding availability.

Replacement-component transactions are separate from online Custom Court Kit orders. Availability, pricing, shipping terms and other applicable conditions may differ and should not be assumed to follow the same terms as a Custom Court Kit order.

Warranty Matters

Warranty matters are separate from voluntary cancellations, voluntary returns, shipping damage, shortages, incorrect merchandise, verified order discrepancies and payment disputes.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to create, expand, reduce or redefine any applicable warranty coverage, duration or remedy.

Applicable Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
